Study at art schools under the CES program

As of March 1, 2016, the Canadian Government, along with the Association of Colleges and Institutes of Canada, has adopted the Canada Express Study (CES). This is a program that minimizes financial proof and promotes the visa issuance process for Vietnamese students wishing to study in Canada. The 45 schools on the CES are members of the Canadian Association of Colleges and Schools.

Scotiabank is the primary support unit for the CES program. The bank accepts students a Guaranteed Investment Certificate at a cost of CAD 10,000 to meet the financial proof of their Canadian study application.

Thus, the advantages of CES programs are: faster financial documentation, priority for visas for member schools, faster visa processing time.
