The StudyCanada College Fairs in Vietnam cover all four regions of the country and enable you to meet with students and parents who are specifically interested about the advantages of a college experience.

1. Fair Objectives 

A Canada-only fair series is an excellent way to introduce your institution to students and parents eager for information about Canadian education system and schools. In addition to the fairs, representatives are encouraged to participate in one (optional) high school visit in each city.  Tap into one of the world's fastest growing student recruitment markets for Canada-bound international students.

United Education's StudyCanada Fairs benefit both Vietnamese students and Canada school representatives in the following ways:

For Canada schools:

  • an opportunity to meet serious prospective students interested in beginning their studies in Canada ;

For students and parents:

2. Fair Registration

The online registration form requests information about your fair participation and about your institution that will be published in the StudyCanada fair guide, which is distributed to all fair attendees.  Extra copies are used by United Education for the remainder of the year (e.g., public events, high school visits, etc.). You will not be able to submit the form without providing all of the required information.

Payment Deadline: 25 March, 2014

*Only institutions that register and return the Institutional Profile by the priority deadline will have their profile included in the StudyCanada fair guide. 

* United Education will process your registration and send the invoice/confirmation to you within 1 week by e-mail. If you do not receive the invoice/confirmation, please send a copy of your registration by fax to (84 8) 39107117 or by email to fairs@unitededu.com.vn to avoid delays. 

3. Country Briefing 

United Education will conduct a pre-fair country briefing to provide participants with relevant and useful information about local market conditions and trends. 

4.  Other Activities

In addition to all of the above, United Education hosts a welcome dinner for all representatives and organizes an excursion to Hoi An for those who participate in the Danang fair.  

5. Fair Publicity

Before each fair, United Education and its partners will publicize the event using a variety on- and off-line marketing techniques and tools.    

In addition to the usual pre-fair publicity, we offer several marketing options that will generate additional student/parent interest in your school. We'd also be willing to organize some individual info sessions before or after the fairs. Costs vary, so please contact us for more information. 

6. Shipment of Materials or In-Country Printing Services

United Education can arrange to have your promotional materials printed in-country at additional cost. The advantages to this are convenience and substantial cost savings. We can also ship materials back to you in Canada, regionally or to a recipient of your choosing in Vietnam (e.g., agent, high school) - at cost. Contact us for more details and references. 

7. Institutional Profile in the Fair Guide

We will publish the StudyCanada Fair Guide, which is distributed free of charge to all attendees.  The fair guide provides a basic information about schools, the visa application procedure and the institutions participating in the fair, including programs, tuition and fees, admission requirements, transfer opportunities, etc.  

Extra copies of the fair guide will be distributed after at the offices of United Education, its partners, selected high schools, etc. 

Only institutions that submit their Institutional Profile by the priority deadline will be included in the fair guide. 

8. Advertising in the StudyCanada College Fair Guide 

Advertising in the fair guide is open to schools in Canada, regardless of whether they participate in the fair series. 

For participating schools advertising highlights your school and signals your interest in welcoming Vietnamese students to your campus.  Those that do not participate in the fairs can use advertising as an opportunity for fair attendees and others to learn about study and transfer opportunities and the many advantages of attending their school.
